In an effort to keep our community looking its best, we ask that you follow the bulk trash pick-up schedule for the City of Scottsdale. The latest schedule is posted on the home page for your convenience. Please schedule any yard clean-up to take advantage of the pick-up schedule. The City of Scottsdale allows for the placement of bulk trash/tree trimmings to be placed curbside up to 9 days prior to the pick-up date. Again, for your convenience, we indicated this day in parenthesis next to the pick-up date on the home page. Any trash placed curbside prior to these dates is in violation of the city code and our management company will notify the city of the violation when performing their weekly observance of our community. As an added reminder, our management company will place a reminder door-hanger-card on your door.
